For couples looking for full planning, our Event Planners will work with you right from the beginning of the process, creating budgets, drawing up timelines, scouting locations and providing customized vendor recommendations.  Your Event Planner will be the primary contact for all of your vendors involved and manage the entire planning process.  They will make sure that the design of the wedding is cohesive and thoughtful, and that no detail is missed.

This covers the planning of your event from the beginning to end. We understand that sometimes you need assistance with specific tasks and we are more than happy to customize your package to include any specific details that you need covered.

For couples that have done most of their wedding planning, but would like someone experienced to take over and make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of the wedding, Our Event Coordinators will start working with couples six to eight weeks prior to the wedding.  They will oversee vendors and handle management of the entire event.

Wouldn’t it be a wonderful gift to yourself to be able to enjoy it without having to worry about any remaining details on your wedding day? This service allows you to be stress free and worry free to enjoy your day. We will contract out a month prior to the wedding date in order to familiarize ourselves to the vision you have and become acquainted with your vendors, their contracts and your wedding day timeline.

Butterfly Decor will:

  • Meets with clients to understand the vision for wedding day

  • Contacts all vendors and coordinate a comprehensive timeline of your special day

After planning everything from start to finish for your wedding and you only need someone to supervise your timeline and make sure everything happens the way you planned it on your wedding day, then our Day-of Coordination service is for you.

 Butterfly Décor will:

  • Review of all vendor contracts.

  • Guest list and RSVP management.

  • Coordination with vendors to confirm details of arrival and delivery times.

  • Detailed wedding day timeline.

  • DJ/Emcee wedding reception script.

  • Onsite visit to both ceremony and reception venue.

  • Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors and wedding party.

  • On-site Event Coordinator to supervise and manage timeline during ceremony and reception (10 hours).

  • Distribution of the final payments and gratuities to vendors.

  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal (2 hours).

  • Address any issues that arise during rehearsal and/or wedding day.

  • Ensure a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom

  • On-site Event Coordinator to supervise and manage your timeline during ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

  • Supervision of proper set-up and timely execution of décor in ceremony and reception venues according to your wishes

  • Ensure proper setup of guest book, place cards, engagement photos, bridal portrait, menus, candles, favors, etc. at reception site

  • Point of contact for all vendor deliveries as they arrive

  • Coordination of the Ceremony (distribution and pining of flowers, oversee the seating of guests, line up bridal party, cue the musicians, open doors, etc)

  • Coordination of the Reception (line up Bridal Party for Grand Entrance, oversee the flow of events, be available to banquet staff and DJ for any assistance or questions)

  • Distribution of gratuities and final payments to vendors as needed

  • Ensure a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom
